Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of Rasta at rasta.pi3.in (the "app"), provided by Prisha iCube ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Rasta does

Rasta is a free planning tool. It suggests delivery routes, arrival times and costs from the information you enter. It runs in your browser and does not store your data on our systems (see the Privacy policy).

Plans are estimates

Routes, distances, times and savings are estimates. Unless you supply a road distance matrix, distances are straight lines multiplied by a detour factor, and times come from an average speed. Real traffic, road closures, weather, loading delays and other conditions will differ. Check each plan before you rely on it, and let drivers use their own judgement on the road.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the information you enter and for having the right to use it, including any personal details of your customers.
• You are responsible for how plans are used, including vehicle loading limits, driving and working-hour rules, traffic laws and the safety of drivers and the public.
• Keep your own backups. Data saved in a browser can be lost if the browser's data is cleared. Use Save setup file to keep a copy.
• Do not misuse the app: do not try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

No warranty

The app is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Benchmark results describe tests on standard research problems; results on your own data may differ.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Prisha iCube is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or any plan it produces.

Ownership

The Rasta name, logo and website design belong to Prisha iCube. The plans and files you create with the app are yours.

Other services

Buttons that open Google Maps, WhatsApp or social networks take you to services we do not control. Their own terms apply.

Changes

We may update the app or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
